What should I bring/wear to class?
Athletic shoes/sneakers are required for both HIIT classes and Climbing classes.
A towel and water bottle are both strongly recommended. Staying hydrated before, during and after will play a key role in aiding your performance.
We understand that your cell phone will likely come to the studio with you however we ask that you either leave it out of the room in a locker or on silent mode during the workout. Not only is it a chance to carve out a bit of time out of your busy day for you; cell phones can be distracting for others taking the class.
How early should I arrive before class?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.
For first timers, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. We want to ensure we have time to go over the set up on the VersaClimber so that you feel confident and comfortable during the class. Safety and proper set up on the VersaClimber is very important. If you do not show up with enough time to allow for us to go over the equipment with you, you will not be permitted to take the class today. Safety is our top priority for members. No exceptions.
Will my spot be given away if Iām late?
It is possible! If you are not there 5 minutes before class starts and someone is waiting off the waitlist, we will give your spot to the person on the waitlist.
For FIRST TIMERS, we require you to be here 15 minutes before class to ensure you get properly set up on the VersaClimbers and orientated to the space. This will help you feel successful and safe during class.
What if I need to cancel or miss a class?
Need to cancel? No problem. If you do need to cancel your class it must be canceled at least 8 hours before the class begins.
All cancellations MUST be done through your Mindbody account.
If you cancel more than 8 hours before your class begins, you will not be charged for the class. If it is less than 8 hours, a class will be deducted from your account (if you purchased passes). The same applies to a No Show.
Any Weekly or Monthly Unlimited Packages will be charged a $15 to the card on file OR you will be charged $15 the next time you visit the studio. The same applies to a No Show Visit.

Do my passes expire?
All class packages are active for 6 months from purchase date.
Monthly memberships expire one month from the purchase date.
Please note all class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable
