Our Strength focused classes are designed and programmed to focus on building muscular strength & endurance. We target different muscle groups throughout the week as follows:
Monday - All OUT STRENGTH
Time to dial into a new week and find your rhythm. Leave it here in the room. Think high reps, low weight designed to work you through various exercises with little to no recovery time in between to allow for maximum sweat. These circuits will take you through all major muscles groups and #KickstartYourWeek
Tuesday - UPPER BODY STRONG
Strong is the new Sexy. You’ll walk away from this class with toned arms, sculpted shoulders and a defined back. Make sure you hold off on lifting anything too heavy until the shaky hands calm down. #AllFlexZone
Wednesday - ABS & ASS
It wouldn’t be a true HUMP Day if we didn’t work that booty. Targeted and glute focused exercises will take you through a variety of exercises all focused on strengthening and growing our glutes and both activating and strengthening our core. #BootyGains
Thursday - LOWER BODY STRONG
Let’s Drop it Low. With the emphasis on the lower body, expect to develop strength in those quads, hammies all the way down to the calves. This strength class will help improve those strides on the Climber and build your muscular endurance. #BootyGameStrong
Friday - CORE & STRENGTH
TGIF! You’ve made it through one hell of a week. Let’s sweat into the weekend! These Strength based exercises that will work you through all major muscle groups including a section dedicated to strengthening the core you will reach your full potential all in time to enjoy your weekend. #SweatyHappyHour
Saturday/Sunday - FULL BODY SHRED
Our most dynamic class - Emphasis will be on compound movements that work multiple muscle groups designed to leave you feeling strong & sweaty. The burn is real & the room will feel like one big WEEKEND PARTY. #AllOut
