CLIMB - The VersaClimber

High Intensity cardio with low impact. The VersaClimber replicates the same motions of climbing allowing for a full body workout. Climb to the beat with us as we reach new heights. This cardio class is high energy, fast paced and fun and only 30 minutes so that you can get on with your busy day. Expect to burn up to 500 calories in one session.

 

Strength/LIFT

7 Days a week. From Abs + Ass to Upper body. Each 50 minute class is designed to build lean strong muscles and focus on strength work to complement the cardio & sustain muscular endurance. Think interval focused training while focusing on all major muscle groups throughout the week. Put in the work & the results will come.
